We're going to be on TV

Ok, so we're going to be on TV. Seriously! On Sunday, sometime between 9:00 and 9:30 AM we'll be interviewed by KIDK Channel 3. It's all part of the Telethon they are having to raise money for the Primary Children's Medical Center Foundation. We're delighted and all, considering Primary Children's Medical Center staff saved our daughter's life.

Here's the simple diagram I came up with to explain her defect, and how they fixed it. :-D

Rest in peace....

Well.... My grandma has gone home to Jesus. This picture is of the first few moments that she saw her pooch- Bonnie- the day before her passing. She was an AMAZING woman who was always so generous and kind. In this picture: FOUR generations! Grandma, my Mom, Myself and my daughter. Four whole generations of women! Amazing, eh?

We were there for her last moments. It was very hard, and I contemplated walking about five miles after it was all over, but opted to just sort of walk in circles. Heh. Life is so full of so many things, and I can say my grandma Nonie lived a VERY full life. 88 (ALMOST 89) years of amazing life.

*toast* Here's to Grandma!

Please pray for my Grandma (Margaret Drummer) who's in the hospital right now. Her oxygen saturation is extremely low despite being on 12 litres of O2.
Here are some pictures of her:

Welcome to Not Me! Monday! This blog carnival was created by MckMama. You can head over to her blog to read what she and everyone else have not been doing this week.

So. My "Not Me! Monday". I've already started out with my imperfect mama stuff- My son woke up at 8am and I just let him stay in his room and kick the door with his feet and play with that sproingy doorstop. I even pulled Juliet into bed with me because I knew what would happen if I let the little monster out- CHAOS for the entirety of the rest of the day. So I enjoyed my noisy respite in the early morning for just a LITTLE longer and then let him out. He then came in and jumped on my bed and started hollering "Nummy? Nummy? NummMY PRREEEEEZE!!!!!" Ahhh... Chaos.
